Delivery charges on returns
For ordinary product returns, the delivery charge is retained. If the shop sent a wrong or faulty item, the delivery charge qualifies for a refund. Contact the shop to review and arrange the return.
رسوم التوصيل عند الإرجاع
في حالات الإرجاع العادية، لا تُرد رسوم التوصيل. إذا أرسل المتجر منتجاً خاطئاً أو معيباً، تستحق رسوم التوصيل الاسترداد. تواصل مع المتجر لمراجعة الحالة وترتيب الإرجاع.
Before invoicing
Cancellation before an invoice is issued has no delivery fee. For an order already invoiced or partly fulfilled, contact the shop to confirm the remaining items and any applicable return or refund.
قبل إصدار الفاتورة
إلغاء الطلب قبل إصدار الفاتورة لا تترتب عليه رسوم توصيل. إذا صدرت فاتورة أو جرى تجهيز جزء من الطلب، تواصل مع المتجر لتأكيد المنتجات المتبقية وأي إرجاع أو استرداد ينطبق.
